Q: How long will it take to design my website?
A: It typically takes 15 days for your website to be designed. Once we have received your order, we will contact you and work together with you to design your website.
Q: Can I get my money back if I am not fully satisfied with your service?
A: If for any reason you are not completely happy with our service, we will give you a full refund within the first 30 days. You don't pay a penny.
Q: I don't feel comfortable ordering online. Can I order another way?
A: Absolutely. Click here to download and print out an order form, complete it and post it to us. Or we can take your order over the phone.
Q: I have an existing website. Can I still use your service?
A. Yes. We can import your content from your existing website, add new content as required, as well as upgrading your existing website in the process.
Q: Is logo design included?
A: Basic logo design is free, or we can use your existing logo. We also offer a professional logo design service for a fixed fee. Learn more here.
